Ionic membrane seawater electrolysis sodium hypochlorite device is mainly used in production of chlorine-alkali, desalinating of seawater and bitter water, preparation of industrial water and ultrapure water, recovery of electroplating effluent, disposal of radioactive wastewater. Chlorine-alkali industry is the most widely applicative one with most significant effects. In chlorine alkali industry, cation exchange membrane electrolyzer electrolysis salt or potassium chloride solution is used to make chlorine, hydrogen and highly-pure sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) or potassium hydroixide.

1. The unit tank designing is convenient to be installed and replaced. The cathode consists of stainless steel rim and titanium mesh and the anode titanium electrolyzer is painted with ruthenium and iridum precious metals. Its duration is 5 years.

2. Sodium hypochlorite density it produces is adjustable between 5-12%.

3. Closed-type production line is installed with chlorine, hydrogen safety alarming device.

4. With low energy consumption, the product is economic.

5. Framework: the carbon steel spray lacquer epoxy zinc-rich bottom, intermediate coat, polyurethane finishing coat 250μm.

7. Its electric appliances are high in automation: Siemens or ABB PLC, electric appliance Schneider
